We are excited to announce a new feature update in the International Order creation workflow—separate tabs for B2C, B2B Air, and B2B Ocean shipments. This enhancement allows sellers to effortlessly navigate and manage their logistics operations by categorizing shipments according to type.
We’ve streamlined the E-commerce B2C order creation process by removing the FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) option. FBA Order Flow is now exclusively available for Air Cargo and Ocean LCL shipments, ensuring a more focused and efficient experience for sellers managing larger shipments.
Additionally, we’ve enhanced the search functionality—users can now easily search by FBA code. If an FBA address isn’t found, users have the flexibility to manually enter a custom FBA address, ensuring seamless order creation and accurate deliveries.
We’ve made a user-friendly change to the "Add Buyer Details" section—the Currency Dropdown has been relocated for better accessibility and ease of use. This update streamlines the process, making it simpler to select the appropriate currency while adding buyer details.
We've improved the shipment purpose selection by changing it from a dropdown menu to radio buttons. This enhancement simplifies the process, making it quicker and easier for users to select the appropriate shipment purpose with just a click.
Multi-package shipments can now be created exclusively in Air Cargo and Ocean categories. Sellers must select "Yes" if an MPS (Multi-Package Shipment) is created. Additionally, to streamline the process, sellers can duplicate existing packages if multiple identical packages need to be created.
For CSB5 and Cargo shipment purposes, the IGST Payment Status option "A - Not Applicable" has been removed. This update ensures a more accurate representation of payment statuses and streamlines the process for managing shipments.
